  2. I have been trying my hand at repainting my 1:12 girls. There are only about 3 or so face molds around. So, I tried to make them look different.
I will have to blog about that sometime in the future.
I wish I had your skills especially when it comes to the hair. Some have mohair and that is a mess to deal with.
I would love to give them natural styles.

    1. Thanks :) my dolls are lining up to be repainted lol! If you do want to try, my suggestion is to find one of those cheap clone dolls to practice on:)

  5. You throw the best dolly parties, C! I was just thinking, I'd like to repaint some of my figures. Do you have a post suggesting the best kind of paint for vinyl faces?

    1. Thanks D7ana;) you are not that far away to attend one of my repainting parties lol. The paints I use are Liquitex paints! They artistic grade quality and work best for me:) make sure you buy the acrylic paints:) oil based paints don't work well on vinyl and do not dry:)

You might also want to invest in a good quality brush. The smaller ones work well for fine line painting like 0/20 etc

Happy repainting. If ya have any other questions feel free to ask:)

    1. Hey Muff, I will be in Florida at the end of September for the Fashion Royality Convention:)

    2. I went online to see where the convention was going to be held and when I saw it was in Orlando I got all happy and figured I could make a daytrip out of it and then come back home in the evenings... and then I saw the price. OMG, no way! They are sold out and don't even have general admission. Puh-leaze, I am too cheap for that. Even Xena conventions didn't cost that much way way back in the day. For realz.
